We ask that you sign up for classes atleast two days in advance by clicking the link under which class you would like to take.
The classes we offer are as follows...

Spin Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sundays at 9am-10:15am Wear sneakers (bring bike shoes if you own them but they are not neccessary) and bring water!
Yoga Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday at 10:30am-11:30am Bring water and if you prefer your own mat
Pilates Monday, Thursday and Saturday at 7am-8am Bring water and your own mat if your prefer to
Zumba Saturday and Sunday at 8:30am-9:45am Bring water and wear sneakers
Boxing Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday 6am-7:30am Boxing shoes and gloves if you own them but normal sneakers will also work
Step Class Wednesday and Saturday at 8:30am-9:30am Sneakers and water
HIIT Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 1pm-2:30pm Sneakers and Water
Aerial Yoga Saturday and Sunday at 11am-12:15pm Water
Bungee Class Saturday at 2pm-3pm Wear comfortable and flexible clothing!Bring Water


Age Requirements:

We ask that if you are 15 or younger you are attended by an adult but ages 16 and up can come by themselves!
