The main gym is located on the third floor, open for use during our normal opperation hours. Any member can use this area to workout at their own leisure.


Machines and Use:

Members may use all machines to their own knowledge and safety. Our machines include areas for-

  • Cardio machines such as...
    • Treadmills
    • Stair Steppers
    • Ellipticals
    • Bikes
  • Machines that target specific muscles such as...
    • Arms (biceps, triceps, forearms etc.)
    • Legs (quads, calves, hamstring, glutes etc.)
    • Back (lats, traps, rhomboids etc.)
  • Weights
    • Barbells
    • Dumbells
    • Kettlebells
    • Plates

The main gym is open during all hours of opperations- 5am to 9pm on weekdays and 8am to 5pm on the weekends!

Age Requirements

To use the main gym by yourself with no trainer or supervision you must be 16 years old. If you are under the age of 16 but older than 13 you must have a week of training with one of our trainers to learn to use all machines and equiptment safetly and responsibly. Children under the age of 13 we ask to either be accompanied by a guardian at all times or wait in our child play room.

Anyone can get help from one of our trainers to learn to use machines as well!
